Iran: around 1,000 girls married in Ghazvin under the age of 14!

Ghazvin census director said 920 girls under the age 14, and one girl under the age of 10 were married off last year. 
“Of course, during this period the marriage of a girl under the age of 10 has also been registered,” Mohammad Sadra said.
“Currently the highest number of marriages amongst girls in Ghazvin is between the age group of 15 to 19, and last year 3,487 girls in this age group were married,” he added. 
Sara Behrouzi, a family advisor,expressed her discontent of these shocking numbers amongst girls under the age of 15 in Ghazvin.
“Considering the changes that have been seen in today’s lifestyle seen across the country, girls under the age of 15 are still considered children and not able to manage their lives in the best possible way,” she said.

Iran: Atena Daemi sent to hospital

Child rights activist Atena Daemi was sent to medical centers outside of prison and underwent various tests and an MRI. Prior to this Mehdi Khodabakhshi, the representative of Tehran’s public prosecutor and the supervising assistant prosecutor of Evin Prisonwas not willing to allow Daemi’s transfer to medical centers outside of prison.
However, she was finally sent to a hospital on Monday, September 14, and after undergoing various tests and an MRI – which took about 3 hours – she was returned to the women’s ward in Evin.
Daemi, 27, was arrested while at her father’s house by plainclothes agents on October 21, 2014 and transferred to ward 2A of the Revolutionary Guards in Evin Prison.
She has been under temporary detention in the women’s ward of Evin Prison for over 10 months now, waiting an appeals court opinion. 
Daemi is also having heart problems. Furthermore, while in solitary confinement she began suffering skin illnesses due to the fact that she was kept in poor hygiene conditions and had no access to fresh air or even sun light. Her vision has also seriously deteriorated.

Ik heb de vrienden van de Stichting van de Familieleden STFA tijdens een reis naar Amsterdam ontmoet.

Ik was met mijn leerlingen onderweg naar Amsterdam met de trein.

Mijn leerlingen waren dan aan het zingen. Dan kwam een vrouw bij ons. zij pakte haar gitaar en deed met de groep mee. 

Voordat we in Amsterdam aankwamen, vroeg ik haar naam en zo is ons vriendschap begonnen.

Nu na de jarenlang weet ik veel over Iran, wat nooit in de media te vinden valt.

Zelfs de journalisten die in Iran rapportages maken komen of niet mogen zich met bepaalde onderwerpen bemoeien.

Ik ben blij dat ik mijn vrienden van de stichting Iraanse familieleden kan helpen. Ik ben van mening dat ons steun en hulp de probleem grondig aanpakken. anders heeft dat geen zin.

Wij hebben in ons klas een spaarpot staan. Wij doen regelmatig ons bijdrage daarin.

Ik ga zelf in mijn vrije tijd naar stad en deel ik brochures uit en ik ben nu een vrijwilliger die mensen om hulp vraag.

Ik vraag jullie ook om hulp.

Wij zijn een groep uit 12 mensen. Op zondag 13 september van Den haag naar Breda zijn wij reisgenoten geworden.

Ons team bestond uit studenten en zorgverleners.(artsen, verpleegkundigen enz).

Ons team is ter ondersteuning van de kampanje mensenrechten in elkaar gezet.

wij hebben samen  €310 verzameld en hebben alles aan de Stichting van de Familieleden STFA gegeven.

Wij staan achter deze stichting en bij de volgende project gaan we medicijnen voor de vrijheidsstrijders in kamp Liberty verzamelen.

The mullahs’ regime ruling Iran has launched a new wave of crackdown across the CAPITAL, Tehran, arresting large numbers of youths under the pretexts of rounding up “hoodlums” and “breaking the norms in urban areas”.
Greater Tehran police chief Sajedi-Nia said in a period of 24 hours 127 youths have been arrested in Tehran under the ‘Social Security’ framework, the state-run IRNA news AGENCYreported on Thursday.
“Most of those arrested are youths and living in Tehran,” he added.

Schools built of mud-bricks in SE Iran province
A regime official in the education department of Sistan & Baluchistan Province (southeastern Iran) said in a session held in the town of Nikshahr that 285 schools in this province are built of mud-bricks and 47 are literally made of branches of trees. 
This official added 40% of the population under the age of 50 in this region are illiterate.
It is worth noting that last year another senior regime official in Sistan & Baluchistan Province reported of 800 brick-wall schools across this province.
